How to enjoy our bread and pie 
 As soon as you order and receive bread and pies, you slice them into pieces and deep freeze them.

 After taking the Ciabatta and Campagne out of the freezer, bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes. You can enjoy them as if they were just baked, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.  You can adjust the time depending on the size.

 If you want a softer taste, we recommend steaming for 2 to 3 minutes.  It tastes chewy like rice cake.

 If you do not have an oven or air fryer
 You can't just eat it.

 Ciabatta and Campagne
 If you cover a frying pan over low heat with a lid and cook it for a little while, you can enjoy 200% more delicious bread.

 Cakes such as castella and carrot pound cake are kept cold in the refrigerator
